hey, since i m so powerful at "influencing" pple to drink chocolixir, accordin to Frank, i m startin to believe i jus might reach the target of $450 worth of Godiva purchase within 3 mths to get the 10% discount card. So pple, when u, or ur frens, or ur relatives buy chocolixir or aniting frm Godiva, or u ambush pple outside Godiva, pls keep the receipt n pass it to me!!!!!!






Night cyclin

this nite cyclin trip was certainly eventfully man. 1st was the punctured tire of my bike, which interestingly allowed me to understand how a tired is structured. Mani mani thnx to Hao Xiang, who brought the spoilt bike back and used his own bike, allowing us to continue the trip. N then Daniel sprained his ankle. Lucky he could continue in great spirit, blastin his music all the way. The 3rd incident involves a chain of pple doin emergency braking which finally ended wif Ziyang flippin over when he braked. Lucky the injuries was not serious according to him.
Overall, the nite cycling was veri the fun thnx to pple like the responsible last man, Wee Hong, the topo pple like Lawrence n Haoxiang, Wei Hao who made the whole nite cooling, Xiufang, who taught me wat it is like to be reckless(cycling on the 2nd lane of the road wif earphones in ears while using hp) and all others who showed great enthusiasm.

Nite cycling

wahhh......jus came back frm nite cycling, damn fun. more on it after my slp. But jus to leave u wif a joke of the dae:
Frm me to Frank(while explainin the functions of d70s to him): You press this button when u tink u r smarter than the camera and tink the camera is wrong.
Others: hahhahhahahhaha, wahhahhawahhaha, muahhahahahhaa, etc, etc.
Someone, dunno who: I tink Frank will neber use tt button.








Ice skating yest, rock climbing todae, nite cycling tmr and maybi sailing on fri. cool.....it has been veri long since i've tried so mani diff sports in so little daes.






3rd dae of sailing course

Yay, completed the course successfully. Everyone became quite pro todae. We didnt capsize as often as yest even though the wind was veri shifty. Didnt hear much stories of pple being knocked by the boom either since we were better prepared for it. The test was basically quite easy n i tink we were more concerned wif competing against one another, kind of forgotten there was a test. It was certainly fun to sail across the whole stretch of the pasir ris park area to loyang and then towards coney island before heading back. The strong consistent wind gives us confidence to hike alot wif the laser happily humming along. Mus sae the activity was realli fun n we had alot of experiences to share wif one another(like who bang who, who almost killed who). Heh, n does Frank look like Ziyang? hmmmm........hahahhrz






2nd dae of sailing course!

Sailing a laser is realli realli fun, not like the leisurely and relaxed activity i used to associate it wif.
How painful - Imagine one solid piece of metal boom swinging right towards ur face, u duck, gleeful of ur fast reaction time to escape the metal boom, u bend back up, onli to feel a sharp pain at the back of ur head as the metal boom swings right back, tts wat sailin is abt.
How humbling - u tink u have trimmed the sail jus right, set the rudder in the correct direction, balanced the boat perfectly, n then a strong gust of wind blows over, u suddenly realised u r flyin thru the air into the sea as ur boat capsizes, tts sailing for u.
How exhilarating - u decide to do a gybe, swingin the boat about, u feel the boat keeling to one side, water goin into the cockpit, boom touchin the water, u r convinced u r goin to capsize again as u lean hard on the other side, then somehow the boat mercifully rights itself n u start speedin off. Tts wat gonna happen when u sail.
How confident u become - u feel overpowered by the wind as the laser keel badly, u notice for a split second the sea moving up the horizon, then right in front of u, instinctively u lean back all the way as the laser capsizes, too late, but u agilely climb over the side of the boat and stand on the centerboard, u stand upright n manages a victory sign wif both hands to ur frens before righting the laser without touchin the water at any time. Tts wat sailin will instil in u.
How cool - wif the boat keelin to one side, u push butt out to the edge of the boat, lean back right above the choppy waters, adoptin a veri cool lookin pose called hiking, u feel in total control of everyting, u feel the speed, u feel the spray of the boat, u feel the hum of the laser as though it is also enjoyin itself (found out later it is called planing where air is goin below the hull? flyin laser?) tts how fun sailing is!

Heh, met ZZ, XY, Tim, Teresa n Ahmad for dinner. So long neber c Ahmad liao. Hmm...feels tt he became more confident, sure of himself. Guess he realli matured while the rest of us were still as kiddy, hahrz.
We decided to have chocolixir (again).....so we walked n walked frm the glass house to city link......along the way, we found this:


Which basically is a pic of all kinds of veri x 10 sinful desserts at a promotion of 3 person for a price of 2 person. It is at Hotel Rendezvous.

Tinkin tt Godiva will close at 9 exactly, we practically ran our way to the outlet(we r tt crazy) and had the fix of goodness again.

Then had some chit chat wif these frens. Suddenly, it was decided tt we will go on a Europe trip summers nxt yr. (tts y parents sae frens r bad influence). Tt means i can onli spend like $300 a mth on everyting, n it was decided tt I will leech accommodation n food frm Tim n everyone else stayin in UK(u all betta start avoiding me). haharz....tink abt it, living like a beggar in sg for 10 mths to live like a beggar in uk for 2 wks.......how cool is tt?

ARrrghh.......so full............n my vj as well as dsta frens both jio me go eat more choc.......m i in heaven already?

this looks goot rite........well.....its made by me, of cos mus be goot.

Had a balllll of a time yest at the Barker Outing @ Marina South. Chat alot while having steamboat, basically joking at the cookin skills of one another, joking abt anyting else in the world. Then some pple were laughin the whole nite, wanting to c live prawns die in the most sick manner (tell u ar, u can neber tell how evil a person is, until u give him/her a steamboat n live prawns). But realli had alot of fun lah.






Pain in the muscles

Having the mother of all muscle-aches now......neber kenna so many muscle aches in so many parts of my body b4. And the idiotness in me decides to join Frank, Xiufang, Weehong and Ziyang for badminton......guess wat........i cant double click my mouse properly now.......veri comical but true.

The dae started wif an ultimate morale killer......RAIN! sheesh......the clouds were black, the rain was harsh.

The 7 of us, Ziyang, Lip En, Frank, Lawrence, Xiufang, Weehong and I carried on the journey of cos.

The waterfront city aka the place we cable-ski.

A little explanation by the Man aka our guide aka Shawn, we were soon on our way skimming across the water n kneeboards......which is pretty idiot-proof. Kneeboards are real fun as a morale booaster since stunts like 180 or 360 can be easily performed on it.


Here is a collage of Lawrence caming back after 1 rd of kneeboarding.

We then progressed to wakeboard where the most fun came(most of the time, frm laughin at others). This is where the most spectacular stunts r performed, jus ask the cable ski pple how spectacular the superwoman stunt done by Xiufang is. This is also where we drank the most water thru our nose- realli, none of us drank much plain water tt dae.

It was realli realli fun, when u managed to stand on the wakeboard n managed to surf awhile b4 crashing into water, which happened 90% of the time. But as Frank saes yesterdae, the longer u surf, the further u have to swim back to shore.....it was realli quite tiring.


This happened 90% of the time.

On the whole, it was realli realli veri fun.....we did alot of stupid tings like pushin pple off into the water, jumpin off the top of this 13m tower....twice.....etc. Realli enjoyed myself n the company of others.
If pple r still tinkin abt goin......wat r u waiting for......it is relatively safe, the service is gd, and u gonna have a gd time wif ur frens.


Xiufang being thrown into the water.....she totally deserves this cos she was involved in most of the water dunking.

The part on Ziyang's blog abt the girls not being able to find Dan was true. Wonder y too......lolx. Maybi Carolyn shd start searchin the floor, (no, not the dance floor, i mean the ground). Whoot!!!!
Had a veri enjoyable scholiship ceremony yest, in spite of the boring and cliche speeches, in spite of the veri apparent and significant lack of acknowledgement to some pple and in spite of axed programs which pple painstakingly prepared.

Basically everyone was veri high yest. Both before and after the ceremony. Joy brought partly by the bubbles tingy tt the singer brought. I totally owned William in the bubble cap game tt i won 2 of his balls, his whole butt and his 2 nipples. (maybi Frank wans these body parts?)

Can sense the cohesion now present in the whole bunch of pple as we clapped esp loudly for pple on stage, have our dinner together and flew ard taking pics of everyone macham the prom nite.(even though the parents r ard)

All the grps were veri power in their performance. The MCs timing their speeches perfectly, the singers, musicians and dancers performing their gigs successfully. At the end of it all, it feels like we had jus orded again (or maybi finished the a'levs again)

Then, the hysteria began where pple started cheering in the preparation room, arrangin the word A-star on the floor (using lightsticks), which then became d-sta* and then PSC as the day wore on, Victorians tryin to bully the admirable Mr Ho Wei Kang and then doin the VJ cheer on the stage, then the dancers wif their extremely extremely zi4 lian4 (self-love?) phototaking session on stage.

Mus say it was a veri veri enjoyable moment in my life. U pple roc man. *salutes*

With jus 2 bars of petrol left (abt 1/5th tank of fuel), a spoilt IU (the ERP unit), an empty stomach, and an undying luurrvve for chocolate, 3 idiots set off frm the west of Singapore (Lim Chu Kang area to visit our fren) towards town in search of the legendary Godiva chocolixir. (for the lesser beings, this is the choc shake Godiva came up wif, and for the least beings, Godiva is a chocolatier sellin premium chocs)
Here is the exchange thru the ardous journey.

(At the start of the journey)
Lik Sin: Hey, 2 bars of petrol left.......enuff to reach home anot?
ZZ: Shd be lah, at most push car back loh.
Tim: Errrr............


(While on the expressway)
ZZ: ok, my IU is spoilt, so we cant go past any ERP gantries and park at any carparks tt need ERP unit.
Lik Sin: ok so we cant go city link Godiva cos all the carparks there need the IU. There is one Godiva at Taka...so we go Orchard.
ZZ: so how do we go Orchard frm here?
Tim: I noe the way, exit thru Adams Road, then i guide.
(Awhile later)
ZZ: errrr.......when do we exit?
Tim: errr........i tink we jus past tt exit.
Lik Sin: diao.......

And so the 3 idiots went thru half of the roads of Singapore and finally came to Orchard Road

Lik Sin: hey, the last bar of the petrol indicator is blinking liao.
ZZ and Tim: shit.........

Finally, we found a parking lot and got our way to Taka B1.

ZZ: Shut up lah.......later come true how?

After thinking for o.5s, the 3 idiots decide to stick to their principles (and appetite) and decided to take mrt frm Orchard to City Hall towards the Godiva outlet in City Link.

Lik Sin: Yupz i'm sure, but what if the shop keeper didnt open the shop, or went for lunch?

Finally, the 3 idiots reached the Godiva outlet.

And so they happily ordered their dark chocolate decadence and milk chocolate latte.



And happily enjoyed the drink.

How all they have to do is board the MRT (draggin along Tim, who got extremely high frm his choco fix) back to Orchard and figure a way out of Orchard back home in a car wif almost no petrol left.
